Here's their two Land Rover kits they just recently released. They look pretty good, I think... It's interesting that they have "weighted" plastic tires. I understand these were done in 1/48th scale with co operation from Derek Hanson (Accurate Armour) who probably provided his kits so they could be copied. Airfix used to produce some nice 1/32nd scale items but that would not have made sense. Lack of seat belts is the first item I spotted! As indicated, one of the larger Plastic companies will either pirate them or try and produce their own but it will be hard to perfectly copy the resin details of AA's items. Keith.

I thought Airfix was doing some PE sets for all of these too ?? I think things like seatbelts could be in that. If not, lots of other pe out there anyways that could work, or scratch it. I wanna see some painted up

I saw & photographed a Coyote at MAFVA Duxford, looks brutal Saw 100's of these Jackals/Coyotes at IPMS Telford today. They look quite good, to me anyway! CA.Greg is correct, Airfix have designed PE for both the Coyote & Jackal, to be sold separately, but I didn't see the PE, as the mob round the Airfix stand was too much for me. I suppose the PE is separate to keep the RRP down to UKP £13.99 & £16.99 approx, for the pocket money set! They were being retailed at £11.99 & £14.99 respectively, with a modern British figure set also available. As to scale, there is a revival in 1/48th in the UK, AND it matches their 1/48 Lynxes & Landys & there are various combinations of Lynxes, Landys, Figures, Coyotes/Jackals & Buildings available as 'play sets' I commend Airfix for this, and their modern Navy stuff, like it! Also there at Telford was a Navy Lynx in 1 scale!

I hope that someone would statrt building one soon.

Now if they'd only "pull a Dragon" and release them in 1/72!
