Hi all, Excuse my ignorance, but I have never heard of this.Quick research tells me it was built in the 60's and 70's.Where was it used? The driver looks to have a modern day helmet on.Does look like a nice little kit. Thanks for any help. Tom

Pretty much everywhere with the Army and USMC. We had them in the 3d ACR at Ft. Bliss up until the late 80’s, with the "New" Kevlar helmets

Wow.....what a cool subject. One of the great Cold War "what the hell is it" type vehicles. Definitely will have to get one of these. Ian

We had them in the early to mid 80'. Spent most of their time in OMS. Maintenance nightmares. But I got to get one of these for the display case!

For those interested.. it's on preorder at Hobbyeasy in HK, and Hobbysearch in Japan. I think the price is good for its size. http://www.hobbyeasy.com/en/data/b7iymgv1whmqlghcxk9t.html Hisham
