The new model from Kit Form Services is a Tractor Unit CL. 35 Tonne 6x4 Leyland/Scammell Crusader.

As usual with this brand, the kit is at 1/24 scale

With almost 30 cm long, this large kit includes also a full engine and has parts in resin, cast white metal and photoetch .

The main features of the model are:

• Traditional multi part chassis rails & cross members
• An all new Rolls Royce Eagle Diesel engine with Eaton/Fuller gearbox & PTO.
• Complete Plumett winch, Scammell 6x4 rear bogies, double oscillating fifth wheel, highly detailed cab.
• Separate wheels & tyres for ease of painting, Goodyear road pattern tyres.
• Acetate glazing with cutting patterns, pre-coloured clear cast side lights, tail lights, indicators & beacon.
• Decals including VRN plates, engine decals, data plates & Royal Engineer flashes.
• Etched brass parts including Leyland & Scammell grill badging, exhaust heat shields & engine manufacturer badging
