K59 offers an extensive and detailed upgrade for Dragon's Flak38 gun.
Looking at the photos, it seems hard to go more detailed than that. Most of the parts are replaced, and some using very small resin parts.

The main body of the gun and the barrel are cast in one piece, a new Ring Base is included with more precise details and positions for seat mounting brackets, the Foot Pedal Control system is faithfully reproduced with 9 resin parts, so as the Flakviser 38/40 gun sight assembly which is constructed with 13 finely cast resin parts or the top cover of the control box, a very subtle multi angled panel.

It is worth to look at the comparison images below to see the (huge) difference between the K59 parts and the original kit ones.

I have this, & it is well worth the cost. Beautifully cast resin, very detailed, grab one today.

So, what would this upgrade need besides maybe some wire to represent any power conduits present? Does it even need any, or was it all mechanical? Also, exactly how much of the original kit ends up being used? I know I didn't want any of the Dragon parts I saw in the comparison shots.

I am going to be captain obvious here, with so few parts from the Dragon kit why not just release an entire kit?

And naive me thought that the Dragon kit was okay...this is artwork in comparison!
