Seen at Riich Models Facebook page are box arts of its two new kits for release this month.
  • RV 35031 2.8cm s.Pz.B.41 auf Selbsfahrlafette Bren Carrier (e) 731(e).
  • RV 35026 3.7cm Pak 36 Anti-tank Gun "Battle of Shanghai".
Kit RV 35031 is a collaboration between Riich and Bronco Models. Kit RV 25026 will feature a metal barrel and, as the box top indicates, will build 2 models.

Where is the M992 FAASV, in 1/35?

My very first impression too. They look like Italian paratroopers to me...[/quote] Chinese National Army. Especially well equipped but Chinese Army.

And, there are, according to the box top, two model kits in the box. Go figure.

Sorry, I meant the Bren-carrier...

That was my impression too! Why choose Italian paratroopers for the kit? The Bren with the 2.8cm s.Pz.B.41 is interesting-looking but I understood that not many were fielded later on in the war due to carbide shortages needed for the shells. Still, an interesting kit. Just a bit odd...

Well, Raymond is not lacking in reference photos and a ton of measurements. But now that I've done the same for the new FAASV (based on PIM hull) I guess it'll be a race to see who can come out with one first.

Sorry, I completely forgot about the Chinese-crewed 3.7cm PAK 36: the poses are too stiff for combat and the artwork markedly inferior to other offerings. I'd find a new artist, if I were the Riich company. Who approved this awful thing?

A captured Commonwealth vehicle topped with a German gun, used by Italian paratroopers - that’s definitely an interesting combo!

Can anyone confirm that this new universal carrier actually comes with a crew? Their kit of the universal carrier that has a crew actually says "w/Crew" in the kit name on the box but this box makes no mention of it. Same with the gun(s), and would they really do two crews with different poses for two guns?
