I wonder if it would be possible to get their interest for the Swedish PBV 301. LINK / Robin

Interesting idea Robin. Might be a market for that one. Get a petition up and running... you never know..

This APC is a rather fascinating mixture of old and new: a basically pre-WW2 hull equipped with an early example of RWS. It looks like something the IDF would do... I didn't even know this vehicle existed, thanks for sharing Robin.

Sweden had a licence to build copies of the Czech designed Pz 38(t) (don't remember the original Czech designation, sorry) and we built them in a few different "flavours". The big differences was that one had a lengthened chassis to be able to fit one of the engine types. The extra inches were added between the second and the third roadwheel. I think the PBV-301 was built on the lenghtened chassis. When these "tanks" had become obsolete we had a lot of chassis to re-use for other purposes. One of these was the PBV-301. It was in service for quite a long time before getting replaced with the PBV-302. One of the problems with the 301 was that they had been forced to drill holes in the armoured plates and those holes became the source of cracks. / Robin

This is interesting as it might lead off to other possible variants. Looking forward to seeing more. Perhaps a dedicated troop complement?

Besides the Swedish APC PBV301, the SAV m/43 assault gun using the same Pz 38 chassis would be most welcome.
