Hornet is preparing three new sets of heads for September.
New heads will be from British WW1 with 'Brodie' helmets, British late WW2 berets, with an option to convert to Polish paras (badge moulded on the bases), and WW2 German Army officer's 'crusher' caps, as distinct from the SS version.

YAY! More HEADS!!! Everyone knows that "more heads" are better than none...

More awesome heads, keep them coming. Lots of great heads and hands out there, but the uncharted territory in figure scale modeling custom/replacement is....foot gear. I think I read about as many comments and complaints about shoe and boot detail (shoelace detail, proper heel height, sole detail, spats, wrong for the period, etc.)as about heads and hands, but I haven't seen many responses from the aftermarket.

good catch, and not something the neophyte would be likely to undertake with Mil-Put!

These heads look fantastic. Anyone know an online seller of Hornet items, hopefully in the US?

I've had good luck with these folks: LINK

As I understand it, these new sets should even be available at the end of this (august) month, with the usual distributors. Historex is the obvious place to order, MS Models and Ultracast will surely follow suit. No idea who stocks them in the US, actually. I will (pre)order all three sets from Historex, both to get mine asap and to show my interest.

Excellent idea. Let's hope that Roger will hear about your suggestion.
