New product announced yesterday on DML website is 1/72 scale Humvee kit. Or should I say "Humvees kit" as there are two models included in one kit.

Kit #7294 : M1025 HMMWV w/ASK includes two M1025 troop carriers - one in standard configuration and one with Armor Shields Kit (ASK) installed - as used in Iraq. Winch parts are included in the kit, so both models can be also built as M1026 variant.

Some of the other features are:

- A choice of four different weapons and their respective mounts (M2HB, Mk.19, two types of M240). Detailed ammo boxes.

- GPK gun shield for the gunner,

- Doors can be installed oper or closed,

- Detailed chassis and suspension,

- Rear hatch and gate can be open or closed,

- Cartograf decals with choice of many unit markings,

- Brush guards provided as plastic and optionally also photoetched parts.
