Railing for 1/350 need a how to

I would like to know how to build scatch built railng as I don't have the resources to get P.E set. Any help would be great

Joe used styrene rod to do his. For about twice the $3 price (of buying the Evergree styrene rod) you can get a set of brass generic rails. I believe Eduard makes some. There is also a way to do it for free and that is to use stretched sprue.
