Just started building this kit. Question when building the gun assembly, all the pictures on the box etc show what appear to be two rings at the end of the mantle (part K10) but the instructions (step 24) do not show it as part of the assembly. I also have the Premium kit version in which step 24 says to use parts H7 & H8 which give the two rings. Which is right as part H8 will not fit in part K10 unless it is drilled out? Confussed

Ethan, thanks for the help. Strange how they left it out? The instructions are the only think I don't like about Dragon kits the are a bit vague in places.

Are the instructions in the zimmerit kit photographic like in the non zimmerit version or line drawings? I have the regular kit with photo instructions and find them to be the best i have used so far.
If your talking about the little edges on the barrel where the barrel becomes thinner at each stage. In my kit there are 2 variants, with 1 ridge for an eastern front model and 2 ridges for a normandy model.

The intructions are the photographic type. I just find then in places a bit confusing compared to line drawings.
