Hi Charles,

Good review. I have some of their figures I've been meaning to review but only one came with the packaging. They have some neat items and it's good to see their products getting some air time.

BTW if you're suitcase is too heavy just send it to me

Do any of the buildings come with a base or are they just walls etc to mount as you like? I shall have to go shopping this weekend!

I like Great North Roads stuff- very crisp casting and detail. Like Alan I also have some of the British Infantry figs which are very good.

Alan,
If you check out GNR website it looks like a lot of the kits offered under the "Buildings and Ruins" heading are also offered in the "Diorama Bases" section (with the addition of the base)
All the stuff I brought back were ruins on really nice bases, crossroads with trolley rails, railroad crossings etc.

Just really nice stuff and a tremendous selection.

Cheers,
Charles

PS: kinda defeat the purpose of saving the shipping costs if I send the suitcase back to Britain

Thanks Charles,

I am looking for a couple of generic type bases, that will be fairly fast and straigt forward builds.

Royal Models have a couple I'm thinking of and there were a coupel on the GNR site that also interested me, but it's not alwasy clear if the buildings come with the base.

Cheers

Al
