After a few months of intense school work I have started another kit. I have only got rough building done. Nothing major, and have got some primer on. I will be adding preshading and highlights before I apply the final color.

Nice solid OOB so far. Must feel real good after months of hitting the books. Looking forward to seeing it with some paint on.

Thanks guys. It feels great to be building again. I plan on using the AK-Interactive OIF and OEF Weathering set to paint and weather this build. Dave, thanks for agreeing to pick up some AK stuff at nationals for me. I will need some of it to fully weather this build. Well, I should be working on a paper for English right now so....

So in the time that I have not been building I have have turned 18 and ordered an M1 Garand to celebrate turning 18 I have also gotten more work done on my LAV-A2 out of the box build. I am using tamiya light grey for a primer and AK-Interactive for everything else. The OIF and OEF Weathering set is FANTASTIC!

I can see some putty work or glue spots on the rear and side. I also spy some seem lines on the rear hatch latches. The decals look excellent!
