Interesting kit.

The Parthenon was turned into a Christian church to the Virgin Mary ~700AD by the Byzintine Empire, then to a mosque in ~1460 by the Ottomans, and was "blown up" when the Ottoman ammunition dump exploded on 26 September 1687 after a Venetian bombardment.

Incredible. This is the problem with the disappearance of actual hobby shops- you can easily miss these gems since you're not browsing between isles of stuff. Thank you for showing me this model; I think I'll get one.
