Thank you! You really made my day (well, maybe with a little help from Hobby Boss)! I guess we've all been waiting for years and I really don't know what took them so long!?

Know, I hope they will hurry up and release these kits soon!

Fantastic news, it's going to be a much more viable option than Accurate Armour's resin kits. The sooner they are released the better!

Agree; less expensive and probably easier to build.

I have the specific sand color from "Ammo of Mig" and the book from Tankograd. Ready to start the kit.

Jackal 1 and Jackal 2, although I can't tell which sub-variant the 2 is. That covers Iraq and Afghanistan.

An SF MENACITY version would be nice. The Jackal 1 was derived from it, so it wouldn't be a stretch to backdate it. There is a little-known SF version of the Coyote too. Ooops: probably not supposed to mention that one..........

The Coyote could also be kitted as the Australian Nary version with RWS and other changes.

UK is working on converting some surplus HMT600 chassis/cabs (i.e. Coyote) into light recovery vehicles.

WoooHooo!, Up until now the only way to get this in plastic was Airfix`s 1/48 scale offering - nowhere on my wish list

Slight corrrction there: the “Nary” covers the first 31 vehicles procured for SASR & can’t be fitted with an RWS. The subsequently acquired “Special Operstions Vehicle - Commando” (SOV-CDO) is a very (very) different truck that can be fitted with the RWS. The project has been referred to as “Land Sprite” (googles Sea Sprite Australia for context), because it’s a bit of a lemon

Australian-assembled SOV-CDO configured trucks have also been sold to New Zealand.

It's nice to see these finally come out. Not my cup of tea but I can see why folks are excited.
