I thought you had started a new thread Torsten. I must have got too caught up in the 'Bella' Builds...

The ribbon issue aside, the new Forum will be much better...

One step closer to the end. The cab is attached and I just need to do some brush touches and some weathering.

Excellent Martin. It is really starting to look the part now. Nice job on the camo demarcation.

Excellent Alex. I really like the way the Fuchs came out. Great to see you over the line.

Well, we are on the last few hours of the Build time line (it is 12/11/2020 here in Australia). Martin is so close I'm going to give him a bit of grace to finish if he can't post in the next 24 hours, but I'll post the ribbons for everyone once it is no longer 12/11/2020 anywhere in the world.

Cheers

Peter,thank you.

I can't upload picks in the gallery today. The system doesn't valid them. Will try again tomorrow.

You and everyone else.... the Gallery is a big issue at the moment.

Don't worry if you can't, I'll be checking back through the thread to make sure I give everyone their award ribbon whether they could upload to the gallery or not.

Yes, there seems to be a big issue with all campaign galleries. I can't also upload my P-39 to the Lend-Lease gallery. Don't know what to do ....

I wonder if there is a connection between those issues and the coming end of the existing forum ?

Well guys, I have allocated ribbons to everyone that uploaded pics to the gallery or posted their final pics in the thread--- except for Bruce and his Wiesel. Mate, it appears you did not not push the enlist button on the dedicated campaign page, so I am not able to have the award allocated. The link is on page 1 of this thread. If you let me know when you have done it, I'll go back and give you the award.

If there is anyone else I've missed, let me know.

I want to thank everyone that either participated in the build or took the time to post in the campaign thread. Some excellent builds here and I was proud to be the Campaign leader for this one.

Til next time....

Peter thank you.

Do you know when we have to move definitely on the new forum ?

The presentation of the new one is not very attractive.

I am not sure on the actual date, but the end of this year has been mentioned a few times. It is very different from what most people are used to. The new site has its pro's and cons. Campaign/Group Build awards are still a sticking point for some, plus the lack of a Campaign calendar, but once you get used to it, it does have some benefits. Things like being able to label your post with a sub category so people can filter by the category. This makes finding the Group Build threads easier and just from your home page:

Plus it filters by new threads, new posts on threads you have responded to, etc, so I find that very useful.

Hopefully after a while, it will all become comfortable to everyone.
