Aloha everyone!!!!

Now that the US Army is fielding the M1296 Dragoon will there remain in service the M1126 basic .50cal version? Or will all these variants be converted too?

The M1296 Dragoon is currently being fielded to the 2nd Stryker Cavalry Regiment (2SCR) in Germany, with a total of 81 vehicles going there. The Army has decided to outfit three more Brigades (not yet identified) with M1296s by FY22. The remaining Stryker Brigades (6) will have standard M1126 ICV Strykers for the time being.

US Soldiers told me that there is a new turret for the M1296 planned, it probably comes with the DVH modifications. And M1127 RV will be replaced by M1126 ICV-S.
