About Craig Whitaker (mongo_mel)

I've been building models since I was a kid back in the '60s. I did everything imaginable until the mid '80s when I decided to try and get serious about it. Nice one Craig. Great job on the brows and eyes. Also the hand painted "poland" on his shoulder is a nice touch. Overall the figure looks great. One thing I noticed from the pictures ... there is some cap colour on the top of his right ear!

Hi guys, Thanks very much for the kind comments. Much appreciated. Steve, This bust was sculpted by Jacek Spychalski and is marketed by Mirage out of Poland. I got mine here in the US from Red Lancers. Frank, Wow...good eye! I never noticed that. I took a real cloce look after reading your comment and sure enough...there it was. The bottom of the beret meets up with the top of the ear and there's just the tiniest bit of cap color on the ear. Should be real easy to correct. Thanks! Craig
