Thanks for sharing Brett! The close-ups of the casting and weld textures are great. Where is this SU-100 located?

Be a bit careful. This SU-100 is a post-WWII modified version. Note the right side storage box mounted on the fender under the commanders coupola and the post-war tow cable holders. The external fuel cell mounts are also late war/post war as they are the IS series type vs. the earlier T-34 style mounts. I am guessing this is a Czech made vehicle post WWII (the Czech's made them into the 50's). Most museum pieces, but not all, are post-WWII manufacture (The Russians produced them as well until '47) and a lot of these post-WWII vehicles were given out to foreign states...like N. Korea. So if you want to do a WWII vintage SU-100, you will need to make sure your reference vehicle is from the correct period. Manufacturing practices post-war were different than the rushed pace of war-time production, and that can show in the details of a museum piece.

Where is this vehicle located? I presume one of the Koreas, though the Soviet-looking building in the background could be North Korea, LOL!

The (not too terribly accurate) info plate in the first picture mentions SU-100's being used by N. Korea, and given the number of languages on the plate I am assuming either China (?) or South Korea, with a heavy bet on S.K. Anyone know of any use of the SU-100 in tank vs. tank battles? Would be interesting to hear about a M26/SU-100 battle.

Brett can verify this later but it looks like the vehicle is displayed outside of Korean Independence Museum in South Korea. It must be one of the captured vehicles from North Korean Army during the Korean War.
