A new 1/72 late war version of the Opel Blitz German truck has been announced by Roden
Roden has just announced the release of a late 1/72nd scale model of the Opel Blitz.
with raw materials scarce towards the end of the second world war, this Version was produced with an entirely wooden cab and simplified mechanical components. Due to a chronic shortage of parts, very few were produced or saw active service.
With the recent increase in interest in late war German Aviation subjects, a kit such as this would make a great addition to any such small scale diorama.
