Tankograd Publishing has announced the latest titles being released into their range of affordable reference titles and this time includes 5 new titles to their Fast Track Series, three of which cover either recent model releases and soon to be released.
Warrior FV510 TES(H) Fast Track 11
British Infantry Fighting Vehicle Illustrated with 63 colour photographs and costing € 11.95. Airfix have released a 1/48th scale offering of the Warrior and I expect to see a new 1/35th scale offering soon.

Dingo 2 GE A3.3 PatSi Fast Track 12
German Protected Patrol Vehicle Illustrated with 73 colour photographs and costing € 11.95. Revell of Germany recently released a 1/35th scale model of this vehicle and so this will make for an affordable reference source in these cash strapped times.

Grantiger Löwe Fast Track 13
German Camouflage - Markings – Soldiers Illustrated with 49 colour photographs and costing € 11.95. This is a new direction in the Fast Track series from Tankograd Publishing and I look forward to seeing how it has been tackled.

Panzerhaubitze 2000 A1/A2 Fast Track 14
German Up-armoured Self-Propelled Howitzer Illustrated with 82 colour photographs and costing € 11.95. This is one title I am particularly looking forward to from Tankograd Publishing as there is the Meng release on the market and another due for release with the famed matting on the turret roof.

Keiler Fast Track 15
German Mine-Clearing Tank Illustrated with 94 colour photographs and costing € 11.95. I do not know a lot about this vehicle, but judging by what looks to be M60 suspension it is another model that I would not be shocked to see released soon.

Remember that the Fast Track series of books are limited to a print run of 999 copies, so if you want a title do not hang about when it comes to ordering.

Constant Enforcer 79
US Army and NATO-Allies fight for the 'Fulda Gap'
A focal point during the Cold War was situated along the inner German border in the area between Hesse and Thuringia. Known as the Fulda Gap, East German territory extended farthest into West Germany in this area. Recent research has demonstrated that the risk of conventional war in this region was in fact extremely high. It was this scenario that served as background for the autumn Exercise Constant Enforcer conducted by NATO's CENTAG in 1979.
The field training exercise Constant Enforcer was designed as an inter-corps coordination exercise. The main aim was to train cooperation between two NATO corps of different nationalities at the point where their areas of responsibility would join along the forward line of their troops. This included training in the coordination of different types of command procedures, the development of common tactics and technical procedures, providing logistical support, and the identification of friction points that resulted from cooperation along the boundary between two corps.
This publication describes Constant Enforcer 79 using maps and numerous hitherto unpublished exercise photographs primarily of vehicles of the US Army, but also of vehicles of the Canadian and Belgian armies.

Minenräumfahrzeuge
Mine-clearing Vehicles from the Keiler to the German Route Clearance System
The use of explosive ordnance such as mines and so-called ‘booby traps' has been, right up until the present time, a way to effectively restrict enemy movement. The focus of this threat in current German Army foreign operations is the improvised explosive device. The Bundeswehr is therefore continuously adapting methods of clearing explosive ordnance.
In 1996-98 it procured Minenräumpanzer Keiler mine-clearing tanks, to present day the German engineer's heaviest tool of trade and currently being upgraded.
The most modern mine-clearing system of the Bundeswehr is the German Route Clearance System consisting of a TPz 1 Fuchs A8A12 protected Operator Team Vehicle, two remote-controlled elements, the Detection Vehicle based on the Wiesel 1 and the Manipulator Vehicle Mini MineWolf MW240, plus support vehicles.
In this publication the Keiler and the Route Clearance System are described in full for the first time.
€ 14.95

Lastly in this set of releases is the third quarterly magazine in the MILITÄRFAHRZEUG series. These magazines cover a wide number of vehicles and articles and you can often find short articles covered by the other releases from Tankograd Publishing. This magazine is an affordable €8.95.
